Scriptlyth ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect when you use scriptlyth.store or engage our Python script customization services, and how we handle it.
1. Information we collect
- Contact data: name, email, phone, company — submitted via our request form or email.
- Project data: briefs, specifications, sample files, credentials you choose to share.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited (via privacy-respecting analytics).
- Payment data: processed by third-party providers (Stripe, Wise). We do not store card numbers.
2. How we use it
- To scope, build and deliver the script or system you requested.
- To communicate about your project, invoices and support.
- To comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting).
- To improve our website and services.
3. Confidentiality
All project briefs are treated as confidential by default. We will sign an NDA on request before scoping begins. We do not resell, syndicate or share client briefs.
4. Credentials & secrets
If you share API keys, database credentials or access tokens, we store them only as long as the project requires, in encrypted secret managers. We recommend issuing scoped, revocable credentials and rotating them after delivery.
5. Sharing with third parties
We share data only with infrastructure providers required to operate (email, hosting, payments). We never sell personal data.
6. Data retention
Project source and briefs are kept for 12 months after delivery for support purposes, then deleted on request. Invoice records are kept for the period required by law (typically 7 years).
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing info@scriptlyth.store.
8. Security
We use TLS in transit, encrypted storage at rest, principle-of-least-privilege access, and audited handovers. No system is perfect — we will notify affected clients of any incident within 72 hours.
9. Cookies
We use only essential cookies and anonymized analytics. No advertising or tracking cookies are set.
